H&W Enterprises is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to provide compassionate, person-centered counseling and support services to individuals, families, and communities. This role supports clients through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, documentation, coordination of care, and collaboration with internal teams and community partners.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor may provide direct counseling services, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, document client progress, coordinate services, and support clients in meeting their behavioral health and wellness goals. Specific duties may vary by program, location, credentialing requirements, and client needs.

Provide professional, person-centered counseling and support services;
Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation;
Support individuals and families in identifying goals, needs, strengths, and service priorities;
Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with program and compliance requirements;

Collaborate with supervisors, clinical staff, providers, and community partners;
Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable ethical, licensing, and professional standards;
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, training, and quality improvement activities;
Support crisis response, referrals, and service coordination as appropriate for the role.

Skills/Experience

Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field;
Active or eligible professional license or credential as required by the applicable state;
Experience providing counseling, behavioral health, substance use, or community-based services;
Strong documentation, assessment, and treatment planning skills;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Compassionate, professional, and service-oriented approach;
Ability to work with diverse individuals, families, and communities;
Personal accountability, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and quality care.
