Services:

Mental Health Skill Building Services (MHSB)

Mental Health Skill-Building Services offer goal-directed training to facilitate the achievement and maintenance of independence and stability in the community, with as little restriction as appropriate. This home and community-based program includes training, assistance and monitoring for individuals who have been diagnosed with serious mental health illness and who meet other eligibility criteria. The goal is to prevent future hospitalizations, homelessness and incarceration, and to improve daily living and functioning skills.  MHSB services are provided one-on-one by a qualified mental health professional as over seen by a licensed mental health professional.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PSR)

Psychosocial Rehabilitation is a structured day support program that provides services to adults with serious and/or persistent mental illness.  PSR assists individuals with establishing a daily routine, increasing coping skills, increasing independence in activities of daily living, and developing a broader social network in order to gain greater independence in the home and community.

Therapeutic Day Treatment Services (TDT)

Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT) provides medically necessary, individualized, and structured therapeutic interventions to school aged children/adolescents with mental, emotional, or behavioral concerns that are at risk for or have been removed from the primary home.  These services are provided both afterschool as well as during holidays and summer break to ensure continuum of care necessary to prevent further risk of separation of the family unit and/or establishment of stability within the home and community. TDT focuses on a process characterized by therapeutic interventions and relationship building. We believe that our youth has a greater chance of making positive changes and accomplishing their goals if they have the opportunity to establish a therapeutic relationship based on trust and cooperation. This is further enhanced via opportunities to rehearse the skills necessary to function appropriately.

Individual Counseling Services (Child & Adolescent)

Individual counseling provides an opportunity for children/adolescents to work one-on-one with a clinician for guidance and support to resolve an issue, recover from an upsetting experience, explore thoughts and feelings, examine beliefs and work towards making healthy changes. Licensed Mental Health Professionals work to identify the goals of the individual seeking services and use therapeutic modalities to examine the concerns and establish strength-based solutions.

Family Counseling Services

Family counseling brings together members of a family to work through situational or relationship issues. Counselors will help the family recognize their patterns, build on strengths and develop alternatives, providing all family members a voice in the process

Individual Counseling Services (Adult)

Individual counseling provides an opportunity for adults to work one-on-one with a clinician for guidance and support to resolve an issue, recover from an upsetting experience, explore thoughts and feelings, examine beliefs and work towards making healthy changes. Licensed Mental Health Professionals work to identify the goals of the individual seeking services and use therapeutic modalities to examine the concerns and establish strength-based solutions.

Substance Abuse Counseling Services

Substance abuse counseling services are provided both one-on-one and as group to provide optimal services in the individuals path to recovery.  Substance abuse services are provided by licensed and certified substance abuse counselors with the experience and knowledge to both assess and assist in the individual’s recovery.
